Request data deletion

Delete your entire account and personal data

1. Open https://dungeonieering.jbuschmann.com (Android app or browser).
2. Sign in with your username and password.
3. Go to Profile → Settings.
4. In Delete account, type delete, enter your password, and confirm.

This permanently removes your account and associated personal data listed below. It cannot be undone.

Delete some data without closing your account

While signed in at dungeonieering.jbuschmann.com:

• Profile photo: Profile → Settings → remove your avatar.
• Characters: Characters → open a character → delete that character.
• Email (optional field): Profile → Settings → clear or update email.

What we delete with a full account deletion

• Username, password hash, and optional email
• Characters, inventory, and campaign progress tied to your account
• Chat and delve history stored for your account
• Friends list and pending invites
• Profile photo and preferences
• Purchase entitlements records needed to restore access (subscription/pack flags on your account)

What we may keep (and for how long)

• Billing records: Google Play processes payments. We keep minimal purchase verification data as long as required for fraud prevention, tax, and support (typically aligned with Play and accounting requirements, often up to several years where law requires).
• Aggregated analytics: De-identified usage statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.
• Backups: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, then is purged on backup rotation.
• Legal: We may retain information if required by law or to resolve disputes.
