By installing or using Build-a-Pass ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Build-a-Pass lets hosts create campaigns with a Battle Pass, Shop, or both. Players join via QR invite, complete quests with optional proof, and earn per-campaign currency and/or XP. Hosts approve submissions and shop purchases.
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Hosts are responsible for their campaigns and participants.
Free: Host 1 campaign (up to 1 player), join up to 2 campaigns.
Pro ($10 one-time): Unlimited hosted campaigns, players, and joins.
Pricing and limits may change with notice in the App or Play Store. Existing Pro purchasers retain Pro entitlements for the App version they purchased unless otherwise required by law. Complimentary Pro may be granted via valid promo codes or Google Play promotions.
If you host a campaign, you are responsible for quest rules and rewards, reviewing submissions fairly, content players submit, and complying with applicable laws. We do not mediate disputes between hosts and players.
You may not use the App to harass or defraud others, distribute illegal content, attempt to reverse engineer or abuse billing, or circumvent Free-tier limits except through a valid Pro purchase or authorized promo code.
The App, branding, and documentation are owned by Willow River Automation. You retain rights to content you create.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CAMPAIGN REWARDS ARE DEFINED BY HOSTS, NOT BY US.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILLOW RIVER AUTOMATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP OR HOST-RUN CAMPAIGNS.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may discontinue the App or these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
