Delete your Ever Familiar cloud account
App: Ever Familiar (Android)
Developer: Willow River Automation
Contact: support@willowriverautomation.com
Ever Familiar works on your phone without a cloud account. If you signed in with email, you can delete the optional cloud account and the data we store for it. This does not uninstall the app.
How to request deletion (in the app)
- Open Ever Familiar on your Android device.
- From the chat screen, tap the More menu (⋮) → Settings.
- If you are not signed in, enter your email, tap Send code, and enter the one-time code to sign in.
- Tap Delete cloud account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate for the cloud account. You can also tap Export cloud data on the same screen before deleting.
If you cannot use the app
Email support@willowriverautomation.com from the same address you used to sign in. Subject line: Ever Familiar account deletion. We will verify ownership and delete the cloud account within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days).
What we delete
When your cloud account is deleted, we remove from our servers:
- Your account identifier and email address associated with the account
- Registered devices for that account
- Synced data and sync history tied to the account
- Assistant reply reports you uploaded while signed in
- Server-side entitlement flags linked to the account (for example, advanced unlock materialization)
What we keep (or what stays on your device)
- On your phone: Conversation history, on-device memory, notes, reminders, assistant settings, and any API key stored in Android Keystore remain until you clear them in Settings, clear app storage, or uninstall Ever Familiar.
- Google Play: Purchase records for the optional one-time unlock (
adv_lifetime) are retained by Google as described in Google Play’s policies. You may still use Restore purchases after deleting a cloud account if you bought the unlock.
- Support email: Messages you send us may be kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records.
Retention
Cloud account data is stored while the account exists and is removed when you delete the account (in app or via verified email request). We do not retain deleted cloud account content for a fixed grace period unless a backup is required by law.
