By installing or using Ever Familiar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Ever Familiar is an on-device assistant for Android. Chat, memory, and built-in tools run locally on your phone. Optional cloud sign-in can sync account data you choose to sync. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Free: On-device chat and the built-in assistant tools that ship with the App.
One-time unlock: A single Google Play purchase (product id adv_lifetime) unlocks Flows (workflows) and lets you paste an API key for another AI provider that is not built into the App. There are no subscriptions and no family billing products.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Pricing may change with notice in the App or Play Store. Existing purchasers keep the unlock on the Google account that paid, unless required otherwise by law.
If you unlock and paste a key for another AI service, you are responsible for that provider’s terms, fees, and content. Willow River Automation does not operate that model and does not receive the key.
You may not use the App to harass or defraud others, distribute illegal content, attempt to reverse engineer or abuse billing, or circumvent the one-time unlock except through a valid Play purchase or an authorized debug/test grant we provide.
The App, branding, and documentation are owned by Willow River Automation. You retain rights to content you create on your device.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ON-DEVICE AND THIRD-PARTY MODEL OUTPUT CAN BE WRONG. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOW YOU USE TOOLS, FLOWS, AND ANY EXTERNAL AI PROVIDER.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILLOW RIVER AUTOMATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP, FLOWS, OR A THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICE YOU CONNECT.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may discontinue the App or these Terms with reasonable notice where practicable. Uninstalling removes local data. To delete an optional cloud account, see Delete account. Deleting a cloud account does not erase assistant data that remains on the phone.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
