2. What’s included in a subscription plan?
All subscription plans include every service I offer—automation builds, CRM setup, training, and ongoing support. The only difference between plans is the amount of time I commit each month and the number of automations and runs you can use.

3. How much do your services cost?
I offer both hourly and subscription options. Most clients save money with a subscription, but if you prefer hourly work, I’m happy to do that. My pricing page has the full breakdown.

4. What is a lightweight CRM?
A lightweight CRM is a streamlined customer relationship management system designed for small to medium businesses. It’s easier to use, faster to set up, and focused on the features you’ll actually use without the clutter of enterprise tools.

5. What tools do you work with?
My preferred stack includes Zapier, Google Cloud, Stripe, FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, and Matplotlib. I’m happy to work with your preferred tools as well.

6. How quickly can I get results?
Simple automations can be set up in as little as a day. Larger projects or complex workflows may take a few weeks. We’ll go over a realistic timeline before starting.

7. Do you offer training?
Yes. I can train you or your team on any system I build, or give you a one off session to introduce you to automation tools and help you pick the best approach for your needs.

8. Can you work with my existing systems?
Absolutely. I can build on top of your current tools so you don’t have to change everything to start saving time and improving workflows.
