  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and testing systems before implementation
  • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or failures
  • Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
    • Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
    • Maintain appropriate backups of your data and systems
    • Test and validate delivered solutions before full implementation
    • Ensure you have proper licenses for all software and services used in your project
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services

    Service Level and Support

    • Support levels and response times are defined in individual service agreements
    • Emergency support may be available for critical issues with active projects
    • Support is provided during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed
    • Additional support beyond agreed levels may incur extra charges

    Termination

    Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as outlined in individual agreements. Upon termination:

    • You will receive all completed work and deliverables
    • Payment is due for all services rendered up to the termination date
    • We will assist with reasonable transition activities as agreed
    • Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

    Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably. If formal resolution is needed, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of our business jurisdiction.

    Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
